A one time, non-refundable fee of $50.00 +tax will be charged for your pets’ stay. Limit of two pet’s allowed per cabin. Owners are responsible to pay for any damage caused by their pet(s). Cost of damage will be estimated and payment will be satisfied prior to your departure.
Reservations will not be considered booked until your security deposit is received. Security deposit equals half of total stay. All deposits in U.S. Funds must be received within 5 days after your reservation is made, unless different arrangements are approved. All personal checks must first clear to secure your reservation. The remainder of your payment is due upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards as payment, but a credit card number is required to hold the reservations until the check for security deposit is received.
Because we do not overbook our cabins and reservations take accommodations off of the market, please make every effort to inform us if you are unable to arrive on your reserved dates. Please read the following carefully!
- Only when your notice of cancellation is received by us 2 weeks or more in advance of your scheduled arrival, will the reservation deposit be returned to you.
- If reservation is cancelled after the 2 week time frame, your reservation deposit will be forfeited to us. If cancellation is due to conditions out of your control, you may reschedule your stay for a later date, based on cabin availability.
- Cancellation policy applies to daily and monthly rates.
No Show No Call Policy
If you are a no show on your scheduled date nor do you call to inform us of your need to change your arrival plans, your deposit is automatically forfeited. The remainder of your scheduled stay will not be honored.
